Do you take insurance?

Yes! We understand that dealing with insurance claims can be a challenge. That’s why we handle it for you — we’ll submit your insurance claim directly, so you don’t have to. This helps reduce your out-of-pocket costs and makes the process easier for you.

Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

Yes! We are a registered oral-health provider under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). The CDCP helps cover many essential dental services — but it does not cover everything. Some treatments and circumstances may not qualify. If required, we’re happy to submit a preauthorization request on your behalf so you know in advance what portion of the cost will be covered and what you may need to pay. What are your fees?

We follow the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CDSS) Suggested Fee Guide. That means the fees we charge are based on the recommended guidelines for our province. If you’d like an estimate for your treatment, just contact us — we’ll be happy to provide one before any work begins.

How do you clean your equipment?

Anywhere SmileCare follows all Infection Prevention and Control guidelines established by the College of Dental Hygienists of Saskatchewan. All instruments are thoroughly cleaned, then bagged or wrapped before they are sterilized. To ensure our sterilization process is safe and effective, we take the following steps:

• Class 5 chemical integrating indicators are included in every sterilization cycle and checked before instruments are used.
• Daily in-office biological indicator tests are performed on the sterilizer.
• Weekly spore tests are submitted through the Sterilizer and Waterline Monitoring Program at the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry.

These measures ensure that all instruments meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our clients.
